Cancellation & Refunds
At Ortavia (Aegion Technologies), we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality orthodontic products with smooth service. This policy outlines our terms regarding order cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at care@ortavia.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full, excluding any payment gateway or transaction fees.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged during shipping: If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos or videos.
- Incorrect item received: If you receive a wrong product, we will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after verification.
All refunds are processed within 7 working days once returned items are received and inspected.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
