Terms & Conditions

At Ortavia (Aegion Technologies), we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order is received damaged due to shipping, we are happy to assist you with a return and refund as per the policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping.
  • Any product that has been used, opened, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.
  • The customer must notify us of any shipping damage within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting photos or videos of the damage.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at care@ortavia.com with your order details and proof of damage.
  2. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us at the provided return address.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges and payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Products opened, used, or altered in any way
  • Custom or special-order items
